Race Start: Conway’s McGee Center
The race will start and finish at Conway’s McGee Center, located at 3800 College Avenue. The best access to the McGee Center is through the Prince Street entrance, just east of the Prince Street and Hogan Lane intersection. College Avenue between Reedy Road and Hogan Lane will be blocked off on race day. There will be very limited parking near the McGee Center on Race Day. Please park at Woodland Heights Baptist Church or Jim Stone Elementary School on Hogan, just west of the McGee Center.
Conway, Arkansas is located just northwest of Little Rock. A city of over 50,000, Conway has a number of good restaurant and hotel choices.
There are a number of hotels to choose from just off of I40 at Highway 65, and also at Highway 64. Below are a few quick links to some Conway Hotels:
If traveling to the McGee Center from a Conway hotel or from out of town:
From Highway 64/ Little Rock / Vilonia areas: Take I 40 to Dave Ward Drive West. Follow Dave Ward Drive for approximately 4.5 miles, then turn right on Hogan. Park at either Jim Stone Elementary, or Woodland Heights Baptist Church (both will be on the left, off of Hogan).
From Highway 65 / Russellville / Fort Smith areas: Take I 40 to exit 124 (Wooster / Highway 25). Take Highway 64 West, follow for approximately 2.3 miles. Turn left onto Hogan. Park at Woodland Heights Baptist Church or Jim Stone Elementary (both will be on the right off of Hogan).
Parking
Parking will be available in the Woodland Heights Baptist Church parking lot, as well as in the Jim Stone Elementary School parking lot. Both of these locations are on Hogan Street, and are within close proximity to the McGee Center and the starting lines on College Avenue.
